Privacy Policy

Your INDIVIDUAL SEASON PASS is the property of Big Surf Ltd., Mesa Golfland Ltd., Waterworld Ltd., Roseville Golfland Ltd., and Golfland Entertainment Centers, Inc., hereafter known as “The Parks” and is for the exclusive use of the pass-holder, whose signature, or use thereof, constitutes agreement with the rules as set forth by “The Parks”.
  1. The Summer Splash Season Pass allows the bearer unlimited admission into the parks during normal public operating hours. The Weekday Value Pass allows the bearer unlimited admission into the parks Monday through Friday during normal public operating hours. The pass is valid for waterpark activities only (not for bumper boats). All prices, specific attraction availability and operating hours are subject to change without notice and are subject to cancellation during inclement weather. The season pass is not valid for special events/attractions, group outings, and Night Splash/Slides. Some rides have height and weight restrictions.
  2. The season pass card will not be processed until all information has been properly completed and signed. The Parks are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or un-readable ticket vouchers. The season pass ticket voucher and processed card are non-refundable and non-transferable and may only be used by the authorized signer. The bearer of this pass relinquishes to The Parks the rights to use his or her photo in advertising and/or sales promotions without remuneration.
  3. The season pass card is REQUIRED for entrance into The Parks and must be presented by the pass-holder to gain admission. The Parks are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen pass cards. There will be a $10.00 fee to replace lost, stolen or damaged cards. To obtain a replacement card, you must return to the park your pass card was originally processed at with the pink copy of this form. The Parks will not hold nor be responsible for the care of pass cards.

  4. The Parks strictly prohibit the following:
         a. Any glass containers, materials or products.
         b. Flotation devices other than Coast Guard approved life vests.
         c. Outside food and/or beverages, including but not limited to, alcohol (factory sealed water bottles are allowed).
  5. Person(s) in the possession of or under the influence of any physically or mentally altering substance(s) will not be allowed into The Parks. Disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of others, acting unsafe or unruly or the violation of park rules will not be tolerated. Any violation of the aforementioned may result in expulsion and confiscation of the pass card without refund. Any unauthorized use of the season pass or attempt to share a pass card or voucher with another person constitutes fraud and will result in the confiscation of the pass card without refund.

  6. The pass-holder and guardian recognize the inherent dangers associated with the activities found in The Parks and assume the risk of injury or death. Rides and/or attractions can be strenuous activities requiring a high degree of physical control. The Parks strongly recommend that persons who are pregnant, overweight, in poor health, or have a weak heart, weak back or any other physical limitations, not participate in these attractions or rides. If it is your first time on a ride, please read all signs and observe the ride to determine if you can conduct yourself safely and responsibly through the attraction. These activities are participatory in nature and the pass-holder and guardian are responsible for pass-holder compliance with rules and instructions. If you see anything that is not safe, please report it to a manager immediately. The Parks assume no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property occurring while on the park premises.

  7. Children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian of 16 years of age or older. Non-swimming or poor swimmers MUST be directly supervised at all times by a responsible parent or guardian 16 years of age or older. Guardian agrees and understands the care and behavior of the minor pass-holder and is the guardian’s responsibility and not that of The Parks staff.

  8. Children and non-swimming or poor swimmers MUST be directly supervised at all times by a responsible parent or guardian 16 years of age or older. Guardian agrees and understands the care and behavior of the minor pass-holder is the guardian’s responsibility and not that of The Parks staff.

* It is recommended that you print out two(2) copies of this form. One(1) for your personal records and one(1) to sign and bring to the park for validation.
This Completed form must be accompanied by a season pass ticket voucher to be valid.
